Its my first time here in Cue Modern BBQ, from the title of this restaurant, you can tell that they serve heavy meat, pork and lots of grilled goodies. The term cue or BBQ will ring a bell for heavy meat eaters’ ear because the food concept here is inspired from Southern American cuisine. It can be spicy, chili, or meaty, that’s one of the iconic flavors of a Latin and Southern American style. I was thinking of a Cajun style, but Southern is always the best!
